Processing & Handling Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – available for an additional fee.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – must be placed before 12:00 PM CST for same-day processing.
  • Freight Shipping – Required for oversized or heavy items.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions, if available, will be applied automatically.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional customs, duties, or taxes for international shipments.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select items—please contact us for details.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized or freight items.
  • Hazardous materials (such as certain batteries and oils) may have restrictions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • For lost or stolen packages, we recommend reaching out to the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, contact our support team.
